the staff was super friendly and helpful! i really liked the online check-in, it made everything so easy and quick. the location is awesome, near the port and convention center! the bathroom floor was heated, that's such a cool touch!
Our room was a little noisy at night. I heard clubbers and sirens. i'd recommend bringing ear plugs. the lift system is kinda strange, you have to pre-order it. the coffee machine wasn't the best, the coffee was just mediocre.

My room was spacious and very clean. I found it good. it featured a separate sitting area with its own tv plus a heated bathroom floor for added comfort. the presence of locitane hygiene products was a bonus.
Dining
8/10
i didn't dine at the on-site restaurant, however, i received meal discount offers. i found a charming coffee shop nearby. a food court offered great hamburgers, so i didn't miss the hotel restaurant
Facilities

the fitness room is located down a winding, arched stairway. there's a lindt store in the lobby. the elevator system required me to state my floor to the concierge for direct access, a nice touch.

small roomlimited breakfast
The room felt smaller than expected. i paid for a higher room level, but it was still quite tiny. The view was also disappointing. it faced a brick building, completely blocking any scenic view. it was an expensive room. but the cramped space and obstructed view deflated the experience a bit, i was also disappointed by the limited breakfast options. Only one plate was allowed, with minimal modifications allowed. refills of orange juice were restricted to a single serving. for the price paid, i think the breakfast could have been much better.

Satisfactory stay with some minor issues

comfortable bedquality toiletriescute staffsmall roomunresponsive thermostatodd elevator
the bed was quite comfortable. i found the provided toiletries from l'occitane to be of good quality. the staff were generally cute (especially at the restaurant). the location was convenient, with easy access to canada place.
The room i stayed in felt somewhat small. the thermostat seemed unresponsive, as i couldn't adjust the temperature to my liking. the elevator system was a bit odd. I had to pre-order the lift to a specific floor each time.
